HOW WILL THE WORLD BE GOVERNED AND BY WHOM IF AI - B - IS BECOMES A REALITY?

 

01.11.2014 Will there be a government and a voting system similar to what we have today?

The development of a system like AI - B - IS demands almost unlimited financial resources combined with the sharpest among professionals. Only the industry would be capable of financing an R&D project of this magnitude. The industries responsible for the development of such a system would most likely end up being in control of it. If so, where does this leave us, the citizens? Is it possible to regulate the use of such a system at all if the industry controls AI - B - IS?

If the authorities are able to control the brain of every citizen on earth, would they even consider to have a voting system?
